Ah, it’s that time of year when everyone (well, almost everyone) is spreading cheer, and Chad Lutzke has joined in the merry making by presenting us with a Christmas story. Of course if you have read any of Chad’s works, you know it can’t be all merry! The Cross Examining is a short story of fear, cheer, and a good old twist at the end that will surely make this well worth a Christmas read.
Ryan and Johnny are best friends and neighbors. Their families have shared Christmas dinners together for ages, but this year there is a new guest joining in on the festivities. Johnny’s sister, Angela, has a boyfriend and she has brought him home from college. But, Johnny knows something isn’t quite right and now he needs to convince Ryan there is a problem. And, what about Angela? Is it too late for her?
Chad has woven together a tightly knit tale, all tied up with a bow on top for our entertainment. So sit back, get comfy, and read this story as a little gift to yourself! Oh, and if you don’t celebrate Christmas, that’s okay; it’s still a darn good tale! Cheers! You can pick up your copy here.
