Terry M. West ‘All of the Flesh Served’ Review
Written by: Chad Lutzke
A fairly short review for a fairly short story. Part of Terry M. West’s Single Shot Story Series and clocking in at about a 15-minute read, All of the Flesh Served takes us briefly to a futuristic world where Mr. West paints a world full of war, cryogenics, and biomechanically engineered beings. The reader acts as a fly on the wall, as we listen in on a conversation between a natural-born human and one manmade—a couple of characters I wouldn’t mind reading more about in the future. As they make their way down the hall of an underground complex, we slowly find out their true motives.
All of the Flesh Served is cleverly written and very subtle, so pay attention or you may not see the end coming. For more of West’s stories and the rave reviews he’s received, search the HNR database.
