Where Have We Been?

I know things have been quite slow around here for a few weeks. Believe me when I tell you that our contributors have nothing to do with that. The work has continued to flow in, everyone has continued to display their unwavering dedication. It’s me, personally, who’s been sidelined. I’ve been dealing with some “real life” problems, and overcoming the hurdles in my way have been a nightmare… times infinity.

But I’m coping.

More importantly, I’m focusing on righting the wrongs in my life. Repairing the damage.

I’ve sworn to be a better human being, and in doing so I’ve realized I have to completely revamp my life. Nothing can be the same as it was just two months ago. If I’m going to make it through this turmoil, I’ve got to change everything. It’s all or nothing.

And all includes HNR.

We’ve been pretty dedicated to delivering you guys awesome material for more than two years. But I’ve always felt that if I could make a few adjustments of my own, we could all do an even better job. That we could give you even more wicked coverage. That we could help more authors sell more books.

So you’ll be seeing some shifts in posting schedules and some new ideas put into effect. You’ll see more content designed to cater to the writer as well as the reader.

My fight is a long way from over. It’s time to turn the tides. It’s time to be better at life. It’s time to be better at HNR.
