I haven’t had the opportunity to check out this short story from legendary genre contributor, Joe R. Lansdale, but that doesn’t change the fact that I’ll support the man and his work until they put me in the dirt. He’s an amazing author, and chances are this is another top notch piece!

I finished Dead Man’s Hand a little earlier this year. It is a weird west collection. It isn’t really horror so I didn’t review it, but the book not only contains a story by Joe Lansdale… it is a homage to man. The stories are a bit of a mixed bag. Some are great and others not so much, but I highly recommend it if you enjoy Lansdale’s work.
