‘Rain’ by Conrad Williams

Written by: David Gatward

rain

This is not quite current, but definitely worth the telling. Why? It’s Conrad Williams, and that’s enough.

Williams is regarded as one of the best Brit horror writers around. So if you’ve not checked him out, here’s a quick way in. As of September, his novella ‘Rain’ is on the Kindle. This is the down and dirty:

“This is no ordinary storm … Ben and his family move in to a French house cloaked by storm clouds. The walls fail to keep out intruders. Warnings appear. There is an accident. There is death. There is rain. Much rain.”

And here’s the hook – you can grab this off amazon for the insanely low cost of 99 cents in the US and 75 pence in the UK. Which is completely nuts. So download it now. For more info about Conrad Williams go here: www.conradwilliams.net
